- Ahead of voting on November 6 and 11, the manifesto outlines the National Democratic Alliance's roadmap focusing on infrastructure, job creation, education, and welfare for the 243-seat Bihar Legislative Assembly.
- The manifesto pledges more than one crore jobs, seven expressways, 3,600 km of railway modernization, and up to Rs 2 lakh assistance under the Mukhya Mantri Mahila Rozgar Yojana for 1 crore women as Lakhpati Didis.
- Opposition leaders responded as the INDIA bloc promised a government job for one household member, and Tejashwi Yadav said, `People of Bihar want a crime-free and scam-free regime... they will teach a lesson to NDA in the polls.`
- Beyond immediate pledges, the manifesto aims to attract Rs 50 lakh crore investment, launch the Viksit Bihar Audyogik Mission, and build Sitapuram in Mithila with new airports in Patna, Darbhanga, Purnia, and Bhagalpur.
