Berea man cited for fireworks after neighbor complaints

BEREA, Ohio –An intoxicated Vivian Drive man, 59, was cited July 7 for setting off fireworks on his property.A neighbor called police at about 6:30 p.m. He said he had told the man to stop launching fireworks. The man was holding a baseball bat at the time but the neighbor said he didn’t fear him because the man was so drunk.
