BELVIDERE, Ill. (WTVO) — Belvidere's 2nd Ward Alderman, Natalie Mulhall, has been arrested on charges of drug possession. According to Boone County court records, Mulhall was arrested on Sunday, April 20th, and faces felony charges for possession of narcotics and misdemeanor charges for driving under the influence of alcohol.
