Bellefonte Man Accused Of Exposing Self To Drivers
A 62-year-old Bellefonte man was arrested on Friday morning after allegedly exposing himself to female drivers at the intersection of Stoney Batter and Spring Street. Police arrested Frederick Shawley, who is facing charges that include indecent exposure, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct. Shawley has been placed in the Centre County Prison in lieu of bail.
