After the viralization of a trend in TikTok over Bs 3 coins, the Central Bank of Bolivia (BCB) had to issue a statement to clarify that this denomination has no legal value and if circulation can be denounced. In its statement, the BCB recalls that it is the only one empowered to issue legal tender coins and that there are only Bs 1, Bs 2 and Bs 5 cuts.
