A boat with dozens of people on board capsized at Smögenbryggan. According to the police spokesperson, there was “a lot of alcohol involved.” A witness at the scene says it was a bachelor party. Linn Wilson witnessed the boat sinking. “I can hear the whole bridge reacting,” she says.
