The Banking Association announced Monday the update of the salary scale for workers in the sector, establishing a minimum of $1,872,937.28 for staff who have just started their career in banks and financial institutions. The amount consists of a base salary of $1,807,619.92 plus a sum of $65,317.36 corresponding to the participation in the profits of the sector, as established in the current collective agreement.
