Ban on leaving the country: Mansour Faye's victory confirmed again

Counsel El Hadj Amadou Sall strongly denied the rumours that the State of Senegal had filed an appeal for revocation after the Supreme Court's decision in favour of its client, Mansour Faye. On X (ex-Twitter), Mr. Sall questioned the credibility of this information: "How could a court decision handed down yesterday at 6 p.m., when the Registry had already closed its offices, be appealed?"
