Audubon man accused of taking money for garage doors, but not delivering

DETROIT LAKES — Joshua Luke Rosing, 44, of Audubon has been charged in Becker County District Court with two felony counts of theft of services. According to court records, on Sept. 23, a Detroit Lakes police officer spoke to a woman and a man who own separate businesses, who both said they hired Rosing to do garage door work and that he took their money and failed to deliver as promised.
