Attorney for 3 election commissioners calls for continuance, urges state board to recuse itself | Northwest Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

The attorney for the three Searcy County election commissioners facing state sanction doesn't believe his clients can get a fair hearing from the Arkansas State Board of Election Commissioners. Clint Lancaster, the lawyer representing the three election officials, is trying everything he can to delay or dissolve the hearing the state board has scheduled for his clients on Aug. 6.
