Attal reform of juvenile justice: in the Senate, after the explanation of text, voting time

On Tuesday evening, senators began consideration of Gabriel Attal's proposal for a law on juvenile justice. An amendment in favour of immediate appearances even before the age of 16 was adopted, despite the fierce opposition of the LR rapporteur of the text.

The bill defended by Gabriel Attal is to be debated this Tuesday, March 25 in the upper chamber. However, the version that will be examined has been emptied of its substance in the commission of laws, with the withdrawal of two flagship articles.
