At Least One Hundred Afghan Guards Go to Court to Force Evacuation to the Netherlands.

At least one hundred Afghans who worked as guards for the Netherlands during the NATO mission are filing lawsuits against the Dutch state to force their evacuation. They fear for their lives following the Taliban takeover in August 2021. Former trade union chair Anne-Marie Snels calls on the cabinet to begin evacuating the guards quickly, as the House of Representatives requests.
