Past week marked a significant development for Central Asia that can play a decisive role in the peace and stability prospects in the region. On March 31, presidents of Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan gathered in Khujand, the second largest city in Tajikistan, to sign agreements officially drawing their border lines and issuing statements of friendship and participation.
