EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The City of El Paso's Museums and Cultural Affairs Department (MCAD) is now accepting applications for the 18th annual Chalk the Block event. Chalk the Block, presented by Raiz Federal Credit Union, will return to El Paso on Oct. 11-12 in the Downtown Arts District.
