A shell fired by the Northern Command in Myitkyina exploded inside a residential building housing non-CDM personnel, killing one person, according to local residents and KIA sources. Yesterday, April 25, at around 11:30 p.m., the Northern Command of the Military Council in Myitkyina fired a large amount of artillery shells, killing one person and damaging the housing buildings of the personnel.
