Collier County, Fl. A 21-year-old driver was arrested Thursday night after participating in a 150-mile-an-hour street race on the I-75 highway, putting the lives of other motorists at risk, according to the Collier County Sheriff’s Office. The suspect, identified as Christian Terrero, was not only driving at extreme speeds, but also turned off the lights of his vehicle while trying to flee from an officer trying to stop him.
