Arrest team called out for confused man in Nieuw-West

An arrest team overpowered a confused man in Nieuw-West this morning. The man was standing on the balcony of an apartment building on Borgloonstraat. The arrest team descended from the roof of the apartment building to the balcony in order to be able to handcuff him. They used a so-called bean-bag.
