Columbia police have arrested a 16-year-old who they're accusing of shooting and killing a man in a fast-food restaurant parking lot on Garners Ferry Road.

Columbia, S.C. (WOLO)– Columbia Police say a 16 year old got into an argument with a 34 year old victim in the parking lot of Arby’s on Garners Ferry Rd. Police say the argument turned into a fight and the teen shot and killed the victim. Authorities say the Richland Co.
