A man suspected in the robbery of a Brinks armored car in July has been arrested. Chester interim Police Commissioner Katrina Blackwell reported Tuesday that a man suspected in the July 16 assault and robbery at the AutoZone at Ninth Street and Avenue of the States has been arrested.
