Armed robber grabs cash from Denny’s lottery machines; SWAT team arrests him 3 days later

An Aloha man stands accused of robbing a Happy Valley’s Denny’s on Monday, making off with a bag of cash from the restaurant’s lottery machines after threatening employees with a gun. Douglas Wayne Kelsey, 33, is charged with second- and third-degree robbery, first-degree theft and menacing, the Clackamas County District Attorney’s Office said in a statement.
