World, May 18, 2025 (ATB Digital) .- Apple has introduced Matrix3D, an artificial intelligence model developed together with Nanjing University and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), designed to transform 2D photographs into complete 3D objects. Unlike other existing solutions, this model unifies complex photogrammetry tasks such as pose estimation, depth prediction and synthesis of new views into a single architecture.
