PSPCA offers reduced adoption fees for Empty the Shelters event

(WPHL) -- The Pennsylvania SPCA is joining a nationwide call for adoption with the Spring Empty the Shelters event. Riverside County animal shelters continue to work hard to reduce pet overpopulation at all facilities, including the one in Thousand Palms. Therefore, they will continue holding adoption events, including on Sundays, as there are more than 1,000 homeless dogs and 100 homeless cats.
