Shyft Group To Be Acquired By Swiss-Based Aebi Schmidt Group

NOVI–The specialty vehicle manufacturer and upfitter Shyft Group Inc. announced that its shareholders had approved a merger with Aebi Schmidt Group, with 81 percent of shares voting in favor. The transaction is expected to close on July 1.
