DOUGLAS COUNTY — Across the road from Rose City Free Church Cemetery near Spruce Hill Township is a second, much smaller cemetery. In that cemetery, surrounded by an iron fence, is one stone marking two graves: Halvard Olson and his wife, Ingeborg, buried in 1913 and 1909, respectively.
