All-Ireland SFC draw live updates as round 2A and 2B pairings are made
Tyrone face Mayo and Kerry meet Kildare as the open draw sets June fixtures and sends four Round 2B losers out.
On Tuesday, the All-Ireland SFC draw paired Tyrone with Mayo for an Omagh clash, while Kerry will travel to Newbridge to face Kildare. The pairings were announced on Radio Morning Ireland.
The draw divided teams into two paths with differing stakes: winners of the first stage compete for All-Ireland quarter-finals spots, while losers face elimination from the Sam Maguire Cup. Eight games occur on the weekend of June 13/14.
Additional pairings include Louth meeting Armagh at neutral venue Newry, while Donegal hosts Cork at Ballybofey and Galway faces Westmeath. Cavan plays Dublin in Round 2B fixtures.
Winners from the first stage progress directly to All-Ireland quarter-finals, whereas teams in the second stage must survive to keep championship hopes alive. Elimination follows defeat in Round 2B.
All-Ireland quarter-finals are scheduled for the weekend of June 27/28, followed by semi-finals on July 11 and July 12. The championship concludes with the All-Ireland final at Croke Park on July 26.
