Women in the Czech Republic live almost six years longer than men. Lifestyle plays a big role in this. We use specific data to show how much more men indulge in alcohol, cigarettes and illegal drugs, and where the differences are starting to blur. Men clearly still lead in obesity and overweight - but most do not consider extra pounds a problem, even though they significantly increase their risk of, for example, colon cancer.
