PHOENIX (NBC, KYMA/KECY) - A small Cessna airplane crashed upside down in Arizona Friday morning. The C-150 went down near Deer Valley Airport north of Phoenix. Emergency workers say it lost power about five minutes after takeoff. The pilot tried to return to the airport, but didn't make it.
