OpenAI Recruits Second Sales Executive From Musk’s SpaceX in Last Month
OpenAI has appointed Ismail Elmas as vice president for sales in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the AI developer’s second sales hire from Elon Musk’s SpaceX since September.
The AI start-up Open AI wants to grow strongly in Europe and Germany. With Ismail Elmas, an ex-SpaceX manager takes over the management of sales – and brings experience in cybersecurity.
According to Bloomberg's information quoted by Quartz, OpenAI appointed Ismail Elmas as vice president of sales for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The appointment adds to Brian McCarthy's global sales manager and reinforces the company's commitment to corporate customers.
