Supermarket group Ahold Delhaize rose on Wednesday in the AEX index on the Amsterdam stock exchange. The parent company of Albert Heijn and online retailer Bol.com, among others, released quarterly results that were well received by investors. The stock rose by more than 2 percent shortly after opening.
