The Court of Appeal of Arica received a protection appeal filed by a neighbor against a delegate of the “Terraces del Alto” condominium who excluded her from WhatsApp. As reported by the Judiciary, in a unanimous decision, the First Chamber accepted the constitutional action by stating that by excluding the appellant from the social network it deprives her of the right to be informed and to participate in decisions taken by the community.
