Academy trust fined after employee falls from roof of Burnley school

The trust pleaded guilty after HSE found no edge protection or standalone work-at-height assessment, and falls from height caused over a quarter of workplace deaths.

The Romero Catholic Academy Trust, which is responsible for 16 schools across the North West, has been fined £32,000 after an employee fell from the roof of a school in Burnley.
