Aberdeen has reached an agreement to fully acquire UK’s logistics real estate manager Tritax Management. After initially acquiring a 60% stake in the company in 2022, Aberdeen will now increase its position to around 80% in April 2026. Aberdeen will fully acquire Tritax in 2029.
