The body, whose members were appointed in Decree 382/2025, is presided over by Guillermo Francos and has six representatives from different sectors. However, they have not yet set the date of their first session.
The chair of the organ that the president announced on July 9, 2024 with 18 governors will be in charge of the Chief of Staff, Guillermo Francos. The councillors will be Federico Sturzenegger; the governor of Mendoza, Alfredo Cornejo; Senator Carolina Losada; the deputy Cristian Ritondo; the general secretary of the UOCRA, Gerardo Martínez; and the president of the UIA, Martín Rappallini.
