The Biennale festival is underway in Gliwice, the aim of which is to promote contemporary art in public spaces. On this occasion, a monumental sculpture by artist Jan Śliwka showing a raised thumb was placed in the market square. The work cost several hundred thousand złoty and was not to everyone's liking in the city. This is not art. This is a lack of management - commented one of the residents.
