Holon Police Youth Detectives arrested a 17-year-old minor early this morning on suspicion of robbing an 18-year-old youth of a scooter on Moshe Sharett Street, using pepper spray. The suspect was arrested after a short foot chase a few minutes after the incident, riding the stolen scooter and in possession of the pepper spray. His arrest has been extended until Tuesday
