A man accused of sexually assaulting his former sentimental partner in Cancún was linked to a trial and will remain in pretrial detention for up to two years, after being captured in the state of Yucatán. The Attorney General’s Office reported that this is Arturo Antonio “N”, arrested in Mérida and transferred to Cancún to face charges for his alleged involvement in a case of rape and physical violence.
