A neighbour of A Gudiña, arrested as alleged responsible for the fire in Oímbra. The man was doing cleaning and clearing with a tractor, allegedly the reckless origin of the fire. The 46-year-old man was charged with two crimes of forest fire due to serious recklessness and three serious injuries, by the wounded Brigadiers, during the fire on 12 August.
