The Spanish Selection of Craft Bakery (Team Espigas of the Spanish Confederation of Bakery, Pastry, Bollery and Affines, CEOPPAN) has been proclaimed runner-up of European bakery in the 23rd edition of the European Cup held between 19 and 20 October in Nantes (France) in the framework of the Serbotel fair, as reported by the organization in a statement.
Rémy Cloarec, 42 years old, baker of Saint-Herblain, as well as his two teammates, won the European Bakery Cup on Monday, October 20th. The competition was held at the Serbotel Salon at the Nantes Exhibition Park.
