A feasibility study is underway to explore redevelopment options for the village car park in Claygate.

Consultants will be appointed later this month to assess potential uses for the Torrington Lodge site. Options include residential housing, a gym, a supermarket, or a health centre, all with housing above. Residents famously halted plans for an M&S Foodhall back in 2023.
