The Andalusian High Court reduces from 3 to 2 years in prison to the man tried for seizing 750 euros of the local registration machine Sentenced to 6 months in prison for speaking homophobic insults against a lesbian couple

The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has reduced the sentence imposed by the Provincial Court of Cadiz for a man accused of stealing 750 euros from a bar in El Puerto de Santa María, from three to two years after dismissing the aggravating factor of recidivism because of "the lack of concreteness of the effective date of extinction" of a previous conviction also for a crime of robbery with force.
