The High Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA) has reduced the sentence imposed by the Provincial Court of Cadiz for a man accused of stealing 750 euros from a bar in El Puerto de Santa María, from three to two years after dismissing the aggravating factor of recidivism because of "the lack of concreteness of the effective date of extinction" of a previous conviction also for a crime of robbery with force.
