Judged on appeal on 12 March, the deputy mayor RN of Fréjus Patrick Renard, accused of racist insults after a comment on Facebook published on the background of "caca" emoticons, was again released on Tuesday, 22 April. The association La Maison des Potes, which had filed a complaint, considered an appeal in cassation.
