NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Va. (WAVY) -- A man is dead following a single-vehicle crash in Northampton County on Sunday afternoon. Virginia State Police said the crash happened at approximately 1:50 p.m. on Bayside Road in Franktown. The driver of a 1984 Ford pick-up truck, 74-year-old James A.
