$300,000 CDBG request from approved for 1012 Main St.

Following a 30-minute public hearing, the Hays City Commission approved an application from One Twenty Seven Investments, LLC (Tim Spino) to apply for a $300,000 Community Development Block Grant. One Twenty Seven intends to renovate the second floor of 1012 Main Street into three Airbnb-rentable units, approved on June 26, 2025.
