Three people suffered minor to moderate injuries Wednesday night when their vehicle went off the road and down a hillside on Trimmer Springs Road near Pine Flat Lake, authorities said. (KMJ)  A harrowing scene unfolded Wednesday when a Cybertruck plunged 200 feet down a hill near Pine Flat Lake. The incident happened on Trimmer Springs and Burma Roads. The California Highway Patrol says three people suffered major injuries and were airlifted to a hospital. It’s unclear what caused the crash.
