DETROIT LAKES — Two women were charged with felony drug possession after a March 1 traffic stop in White Earth village. Rhea Rae Beagle, 33, of Naytahwaush, and Neka Joy Sargent, 32, of Moorhead, have both been charged in Becker County District Court with felony fifth-degree possession.
