BOSTON – Thirteen individuals have been charged for their alleged roles in a drug trafficking organization operating in Central Massachusetts and Puerto Rico that distributed cocaine, methamphetamine, fentanyl and marijuana. According to a release from the Massachusetts Department of Justice, the
