Development in the Chaim Rotter case: Investigators have taken a complaint from a complainant in the United States in cooperation with the FBI as part of a criminal investigation. Rotter is suspected of having committed serious sexual offenses against minors and adults in the Haredi community in Bnei Brak for years. So far, 15 complainants have been collected in the case, and the police estimate that the number will continue to grow.
