The Cypriot company Argumenol Investment Company convened an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of ZE PAK today, October 15th. This energy company manages three power plants and is part of Zygmunt Solorz-Żak's empire. During the meeting, shareholders dismissed Zygmunt Solorz and his wife, Justyna Kulka, from the supervisory board in two secret ballots, Gazeta.pl reported.
On Wednesday, during the extraordinary general meeting of ZE PAK shareholders, the decision was made to dismiss Zygmunt Solorz and Justyna Kulka from the company's supervisory board. This decision sparked opposition from representatives of Radosław Kwaśnicki, a close associate of Solorz and a ZE PAK shareholder.
