According to 444, Zsolt Bayer, in his professional report on a 3 million forint NKA creative grant he received in 2020, also included writings that were published in Magyar Nemzet, while the original application was for a collection of essays on the subject of Trianon. Moreover, several texts were written after the grant period had ended.
Zsolt Bayer promised a Trianon portrait gallery that could also be used in public education, but instead he handed over his essays published in Magyar Nemzet.
Zsolt Bayer did not account for the support for the purpose originally agreed upon in the contract, nor for the articles published in the period specified therein, but this did not bother the NKA board of directors.
