You pass by Panduri Road no. 42 and see a dusty building. It is the "I. G Duca" Junior High School, one of the best schools in Bucharest. The only elements that make you think that there is or was a school there are the specific fences that say "SCHOOL" and a few notebooks forgotten on the windowsills.
